EveryArrow Version Support Policy

Scope

Applies to EveryArrow clients/agents/SDKs, connector packages, and container images used with the Services.

Versioning

Semantic versioning: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH

Supported Versions

  • We support current GA (N) and the immediately prior minor (N-1) for each MAJOR line.
  • PATCH releases supersede prior patches immediately.

Security & Required Updates

  • Critical security fixes may be designated Required Updates. Customers must update within 15 days of notice (or sooner if specified).
  • For non-critical issues, we recommend updating within 30 days.

End of Support (EoS)

  • When a version moves out of Supported, it becomes Deprecated for 90 days and then EoS.
  • After EoS, affected features may be throttled, blocked, or unsupported.

Compatibility

Runtimes/OS

We publish minimum supported Docker, Java, and OS baselines. Using older environments may limit functionality.

Connectors/APIs

Upstream API changes can require newer versions.

Notice

We post changes on the Status/Release page and may email admin contacts for Required Updates.

Verification

The Service may verify client/agent version and enforce Required Updates.

Exceptions

Enterprise exceptions (temporary pins or extended support) require a written addendum.
