For supported happy-path work, after the data model, implementation inventory, acceptance criteria, access, and test environment are approved, EveryArrow will deliver the agreed production-ready source within ten business days—two calendar weeks excluding holidays. If we fail for reasons within our control, you owe no Implementation Fees.
These terms supplement the accepted Order and EveryArrow's Terms of Service. They do not create an engagement by themselves.
Greenfield work may begin with a Data Architecture and Domain Modeling Phase priced at $100 per entity with a $2,500 minimum. It covers senior-supervised definition of the accepted model, including its entities, grains, identifiers, attributes, relationships, integrity rules, ERD, data dictionary, and EveryArrow configuration blueprint. The published estimator supports the first 100 supplied and designed entities combined; larger or unusually complex models require a separate quote.
Accepted Data Model Design Fees are earned separately and are not part of the ten-business-day implementation guarantee. The implementation period begins only after Customer accepts the required data model and both parties approve the implementation inventory.
A rapid local-hardware or private-VPC container deployment is $2,000 one time and includes the EveryArrow container foundation, application identity and RBAC activation, secrets handling, and Perch telemetry core.
The $600 REST Endpoint price is all-in and covers the HTTP method and project route, request and response contracts, validation, standard errors, Event Manager registration and execution, the database function and mapping, standard Security participation, Perch observability, generated technical documentation, generated tests, and the project Postman collection.
Published fabrication prices assume supported connectors, working Customer access, documented interfaces, standard authentication, and the happy-path behavior described in the Order. New connectors, undocumented systems, unusual protocols or authentication, multi-source historical joins performed in flight, custom cryptography, distributed state rollback, regulated-data requirements, and unique business behavior receive a separate fixed quote.
Each standard Order has a $10,000 minimum total price, including Data Architecture and after promotional discounts. The deposit is 50%, so the minimum Order requires $5,000 down; the remaining balance is due on delivery acceptance. Each of the five launch codes is single-use and provides 75% off at least $40,000 of eligible published implementation work on one accepted Order for one Customer. The code is consumed when the required deposit is paid. It does not discount Data Architecture, custom quoted work, Development Licenses, managed fleet operations, hosting, taxes, third-party charges, or later additions and change Orders.
An inventory containing only published units and supported boundaries becomes an accepted standard Order when the server validates the inventory, the authorized business customer accepts these terms, and the required deposit is paid. It does not require a sales or scope review. Unsupported connectors, unusual authentication or security, regulated-data requirements, undocumented legacy systems, incomplete models, and custom behavior require a separately accepted custom Order.
EveryArrow confirms the Start Time and Delivery Deadline in writing after:
A sales call, estimate, deposit, incomplete requirement set, or unfinished data model does not start the delivery period.
For these terms, a Business Day is Monday through Friday excluding United States federal holidays. The exact Start Time and Delivery Deadline written in the Order control.
EveryArrow will correct reproducible defects that cause an accepted Deliverable to fail its acceptance criteria for 30 calendar days after acceptance without additional Implementation Fees.
After that period, Customer may purchase managed fleet operations beginning at $2,500 per month for the first 50 active operational units. Units 51 through 200 are $35 each per month; units 201 through 500 are $20 each per month; and units above 500 are $10 each per month. Active operational units are deployed endpoints, pipelines, queue consumers, Web Methods, and WebSocket interfaces.
Managed fleet operations include execution-state logging, automated retry handling for transient network failures, regular security and container updates, and operational telemetry for the Customer-controlled EveryArrow environment.
Managed fleet operations do not include new entities, services, pipelines, endpoints, connectors, business behavior, managed hosting, staffed incident response, or 24/7 service levels. Enhancements use the current fixed-price unit schedule. Operational and service-level commitments require a separate Order.
A Deliverable is delivered when EveryArrow provides the agreed source code, DSL and pipeline definitions, configuration, generated documentation for every selected service, and startup or handoff instructions; packages or deploys it in the agreed test environment; and supplies test results or a demonstration showing that it satisfies its acceptance criteria. Missing or materially inaccurate required service documentation is a failed acceptance criterion.
The accepted Order grants Customer the right to possess the project-specific source and build, deploy, back up, and use it in production on Customer-controlled infrastructure. No EveryArrow-hosted Cloud service is required or included. EveryArrow retains ownership of the delivered software, its generators, shared platform technology, templates, and reusable intellectual property.
The standard production-use license permits documented configuration but not source modification or derivative development. Customer may purchase a separate Development License or engage EveryArrow to perform modifications and customization under a new or amended Order. No Development License is required for modifications performed by EveryArrow.
Unless the Order expressly includes them, delivery does not require production launch, production-data migration, continuous operation, regulatory certification, or third-party approval.
If EveryArrow fails, for reasons within its control, to deliver the complete agreed implementation by the Delivery Deadline:
The waiver covers generated units, integration upcharges, and custom implementation included in the guaranteed inventory. It does not waive accepted Data Model Design Fees, taxes, third-party fees, or work under a separate Order.
The Delivery Deadline moves only by the amount of delay reasonably caused by Customer's late or incomplete access, data, examples, decisions, approvals, or feedback; inaccurate Customer information; a Customer-requested scope change; failure or material change of a Customer-controlled or third-party system; a required security pause; an unlawful instruction; or an event beyond the affected party's reasonable control.
EveryArrow will promptly identify the cause and revised deadline. A minor inconvenience that does not actually delay delivery does not move the deadline. The agreed quantity, standing alone, is not grounds to move the deadline.
Customer has two business days after delivery to accept or identify each failed acceptance criterion in writing with enough information to reproduce the failure. New preferences or requirements are not valid rejections. EveryArrow may correct a failed criterion in a substantially complete, timely submission within two business days; that correction period does not excuse a materially missing Deliverable at the Delivery Deadline.
The accepted Order states the actual entity, service, pipeline, boundary, and custom-work inventory; fees; payment schedule; deployment model; acceptance criteria; Start Time; Delivery Deadline; assumptions; and exclusions. A standard electronic Order incorporates the validated calculator inventory and these published terms. If a custom Order expressly conflicts with these terms, the custom Order controls for that engagement.
