I am Andy Blum, founder of EveryArrow. I have spent more than 30 years building enterprise software where architecture, data, security, and delivery all have to work together.
Long before “data engineer” became a job title, I worked on Johnson & Johnson's first data warehouse. I later served as a Senior Manager in Cognizant's Big Data practice and as a data and analytics thought leader at Anthem.
In one defining modernization, I designed the metadata-driven approach that helped four engineers replace more than 1,000 mainframe routines in four months so a corporate merger could move forward.
That experience became EveryArrow. The repeated parts of software should be generated, tested, documented, and priced transparently. My job is to apply senior judgment where it matters: your model, business rules, integration boundaries, security, and exceptions.
Client reviews
Recommendations from people who worked directly with Andy on custom software and difficult delivery problems.
“Combining Andy's DB, design & programming skill we successfully completed a single day client server application.”
“I love the custom parking lot software Andy created for me.”
From idea to implementation
Greenfield projects often begin without a data model. We solve that explicitly instead of pretending discovery is implementation.
Bring requirements, workflows, a schema, or simply the greenfield product you want to launch.
If no data model exists, senior architecture supervision turns the idea into entities, grains, relationships, and rules.
We inventory UX pages, services, flows, and integration boundaries so the fixed price and acceptance criteria are explicit.
Once the model, inventory, access, and test environment are approved, the 10-business-day implementation window begins.
EveryArrow delivers the agreed implementation, source, configuration, and test evidence—or you do not pay the Implementation Fees.
Capabilities included
Each ordered unit inherits the EveryArrow foundation. You are buying project implementation, not paying us to reassemble basic runtime plumbing one ticket at a time.
Explore the developer architecture
Relational entities, identifiers, relationships, constraints, and supplied indexes remain explicit in the reviewed implementation model.
Registered services execute through one governed runtime across APIs, queues, schedules, and events.
Versioned sources, targets, mappings, behaviors, and policies define repeatable data movement.
Authentication and authorization participate in the same service execution model from the start.
Service calls and pipeline runs produce operational evidence instead of becoming invisible glue code.
You receive the project-specific source and rights to build, deploy, and operate it on your infrastructure. Source modification requires a Development License or an EveryArrow customization Order.
Every selected service is delivered with Foundry-style generated technical documentation alongside the working code.
We package the implementation for the agreed test environment with clear startup and handoff instructions.
Why this is possible
EveryArrow defines models, UX, services, mappings, policies, and execution contracts once. The factory generates the repeated application and pipeline foundation together. Senior engineering attention stays on your business rules, architecture, and exceptions.
The greenfield advantage
10 business days
or no Implementation Fee
The delivery guarantee
After the data model, unit inventory, acceptance criteria, access, and test environment are approved, EveryArrow confirms the Start Time and Delivery Deadline. If we fail to deliver the complete agreed implementation by that deadline for reasons within our control, you owe no Implementation Fees and any implementation deposit is refunded.
Accepted data-model design is a separate professional service. Customer delays, scope changes, unavailable third-party systems, and events outside either party’s reasonable control move the deadline only by the delay they actually cause.
Read the complete guarantee termsTell us what the product needs to do. We will turn it into a UX-page inventory, data model, service inventory, pipeline inventory, fixed price, and delivery commitment.
